Important!
Everybody who joins us for a Cleanup or Stream Team event is required to have a signed waiver form. Find your event on the left-side of this page for the required waiver form(s).

Participants under 18
All volunteers under the age of 18 must have the appropriate liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Participants under 18 who will not have a parent or guardian present at their event must print the appropriate waiver form beforehand, have it signed, and bring it with them to the event.
