Take the first step toward helping Heal the Bay work for safe, healthy, clean coastal waters and watersheds.

Learn how to protect our environment, advocate for clean water, reduce plastic pollution, and take climate action.
Come learn about our great volunteer programs, additional ways to help the environment, and be the first to know when we schedule our program specific trainings.

This Volunteer Orientation must be completed to participate in MPA Watch, to become a beach captain, attened aquarium volunteer training, and to join Speaker’s Bureau. Participation in Nothin’ But Sand, does not require attendance at the volunteer orientation.
Parking Information: The closest parking lots are Lot 1 North & Lot 1 South, Santa Monica.
Heal the Bay Aquarium recommends that face masks be worn by all guests over the age of 2 following guidelines from the Los Angeles County Department of Health, City of Santa Monica, and the CDC.
No materials needed, just come ready to learn and meet fellow volunteers! 🙂
