After the talk\, they’ll check in and gather supplies\, then begin their cleanup.\nRolling check-in will continue until 11:00 AM. Pre-registered volunteers may consider arriving after 10:15 AM to avoid the biggest crowds.\nSold out? If general admission sells out\, you can still show up. Walk-ups should arrive by 10:45 AM to allow time for registration. However\, you will be responsible for bringing your own cleanup supplies\, and you must complete the check-in process by 11 AM. \nEXPO HUB \n10:00 AM – 12 PM\nStop by this hub to interact with our partners\, sponsors\, and us! Here\, you’ll find cool exhibits\, promotions\, information on how to get more involved\, and interactive activations relevant to the LA region and the entire West Coast. (ONLY individuals under 18 bring a signed waiver*) Please note: Heal the Bay guarantees cleanup supplies for the first 300 people who are registered. \n\n\n\nEach volunteer registers individually unless they are with a group or family \n\nIndividuals under 18:  reserve a ticket and bring a signed waiver form to the cleanup\n\n\nCLEANING UP WITH A GROUP OF 15+? Do not touch anything with bare hands\, and do not dig in the sand\, even if you are wearing gloves.\nAvoid handling any potential fire debris that may have washed ashore. Steer clear of ash\, which can mix with sand and water\, often appearing as black sludge near the waterline.\nNever approach a hurt or distressed animal\, notify a Heal the Bay staff member for assistance.\nNitrile gloves\, wet wipes\, and masks will be available.\nFollow all safety instructions from our team throughout the cleanup.
