Forest (they/them) is a passionate community science volunteer manager with Heal the Bay and a Salesforce workflow wizard. They joined Heal the Bay after completing their Master’s degree in Biology at the California Institute of Technology, and are known for their volunteer engagement analytics strategy and their eagerness to help volunteers and other staff whenever needed. In their free time, Forest enjoys rock climbing, salsa dancing, and exploring the California wilderness with their adventurous rabbit, Han Solo.
