Angler Outreach Program Coordinator
Elia Narváez is a proud Angelino native with a passion for ocean conservation. She graduated with a bachelor’s in Marine Biology from CSU Northridge and started as an MPA Watch intern at Heal the Bay in 2023. She is now working as part of the angler outreach program to bring awareness to anglers about the dangers of consuming contaminated fish. When not working with anglers, Elia is most likely online window shopping and looking for her next adventure.
