Ivana graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in Marine Biology. She’s gained hands-on experience working with marine animals and teaching students at places like the Aquarium of the Pacific, Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, and the Roundhouse Aquarium. Now, as an aquarist at Heal the Bay, she is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of marine animals while fostering public education and inspiring community action to protect our oceans.
