Sheila has more than two decades of non-profit fundraising experience in the environmental and public health fields. She joined Heal the Bay in 2005 as the organization’s senior grant writer. In her current role, she provides guidance on overall strategy, with an emphasis on leveraging foundation relationships, corporate partnerships, and legacy giving. Sheila is both an accredited CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Professional) and CSPG (Certified Specialist in Planned Giving). Sheila is also a musician and recording artist. Her favorite beach destination is somewhere along Costa Rica.
