Marially is a certified California Naturalist currently pursuing a BA in Marine Ecology. She has volunteered for a variety of nonprofit organizations working on many urban and wildland restoration and research projects that furthered her passions to do marine conservation. She completed a marine husbandry internship with Heal the Bay and now holds the role of Community Programs Associate which focuses on marine science, environmental education, and public programs. In her free time, she is by the coast exploring tide pools, snorkeling, and paddle boarding.
