Erin Viera
Chief Operations Officer
Erin Viera serves as Chief Operations Officer of Heal the Bay, where she leads operations, finance, people systems, and administrative infrastructure in support of cleaner water, healthier ecosystems, and more resilient communities across Los Angeles County.
Before joining Heal the Bay, Erin served as Chief Operating Officer of Friends of the Los Angeles River, contributing to the organization’s mission of river revitalization, public access, and environmental justice initiatives.
Prior to her leadership at FoLAR, Erin held leadership roles with organizations focused on conservation, public engagement, and environmental education, including the Jane Goodall Institute.
A resident of the San Fernando Valley, Erin shares her home with her family, dog, and chickens and finds daily inspiration in the vital connection between healthy natural spaces and thriving communities.
