Volunteer Engagement Manager

Gabrielle “Elle” Saidi is a lifelong advocate for marine conservation whose passion for protecting coastal ecosystems led her from a landlocked upbringing to California’s shores. Through community stewardship, shoreline cleanups, environmental monitoring, and watershed testing with the California Marine Sanctuary Foundation and other non-profits, she has supported the health of global coasts and watersheds. As Volunteer Engagement Manager at Heal the Bay, Elle is dedicated to connecting “community to coast” through meaningful volunteer experiences, fostering environmental stewardship, and building partnerships that support a healthier, more resilient Los Angeles. Outside of environmental efforts, she enjoys snorkeling, static trapeze, escape rooms, art galleries, film screenings, billiards, fostering rescue animals, curating playlists, and spending time with her dog, cat, and snake.
