She brings a broad range of experience supporting employees, developing workplace practices, and helping organizations navigate change. Throughout her career, she has been recognized by both staff and leadership for creating workplaces where people feel supported and welcome, while providing the information and guidance they need. She is interested in making organizations work better for the people within them, from improving processes and communication to supporting employee growth and development. Outside of work, Cat enjoys discovering good food, exploring the coastline, and unwinding with a favorite show or movie.
