Development Internship 2024

About the Internship

Heal the Bay is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in maintaining the accuracy and quality of contact information within our Salesforce CRM system. The intern will report to our Development Team, and work with Operations, and Outreach Departments in-office and remotely for approximately 5-10 hours each week with flexible scheduling and an option for periodic in-office meetings. The intern is expected to start June 2024.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and update contact records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Validate and correct contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data entry.
  • Study, learn, and use the functionalities of large data entered into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams to prioritize tasks and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and meeting weekly deadlines.
