Salesforce CRM Data Cleanup Internship 2024

Description:

Heal the Bay is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in maintaining the accuracy and quality of contact information within our Salesforce CRM system. The intern will report to our HR/Operations team, and work with Development, Operations, and Outreach Departments in-office and remotely for approximately 5-10 hours each week with flexible scheduling and an option for periodic in-office meetings. The intern is expected to start the week of March 4, 2024, with an expected end date of June 7, 2024.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

● Review and update contact records in Salesforce CRM.

● Validate and correct contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and other relevant details.

● Ensure consistency and accuracy of data entry.

●Study, learn and use the functionalities of large data entered Salesforce.

● Collaborate with the sales and development teams to prioritize tasks and maintain data integrity.

 

Qualifications:

● Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred but not required; training will be provided).

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to work independently and efficiently.

● Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

● Comfortable working remotely and meeting weekly deadlines.
